Additionally, she was the project lead for the AMA-KDSG Almajiri project, established in 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Aisha worked in all ten northern states to sponsor schools and collaborate with key stakeholders such as SUBEB, Sultan Bello Mosque, and the Ministry of Human Services and Social Development to design and execute a program that effectively addresses critical challenges.
Over eleven years, Aisha spearheaded a mobile outreach program designed to render ocular medical care to an excess of 53,000 Nigerian citizens. The program successfully performed 3,538 surgeries and spanned seventeen states, including Lagos, Ogun, Bayelsa, Kano, and Jigawa. In conjunction with this initiative, she launched the School Eye Health program to provide young public school pupils with adequate eye care.

This program furnished participants with grinding machines, and some of the women involved later diversified into animal husbandry, significantly increasing their weekly earnings.
Concerning education, Aisha Yusuf-Mamman established a school in the low-income community of Tudun Wada, located in Kaduna State, which offers a dual curriculum consisting of Western and Islamic Education. The school was designed to provide educational opportunities to underprivileged and orphaned children. The school accommodates an annual intake of 20 students; its current enrollment totals 120 students. The inaugural cohort of primary students completed their studies in July 2019.
Under the aegis of our water works initiative, Aisha Yusuf-Mamman facilitated the installation of seven solar-powered boreholes. These boreholes were established in Horo, Birnin Shagari LGA in Sokoto, and Garo village in Kano, delivering clean water to more than 2000 people.
