Al Momodu is an exceptional engineer with an impressive educational background, holding a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering from the esteemed Imperial College London. He is also a certified Project Manager, a certified Business Intelligence analyst, and a Six Sigma change manager, making him a well-rounded professional with expertise in multiple fields.

With extensive experience in construction, Al has played a vital role in major projects across Scotland, Nigeria, and Denmark showcasing his expertise and knowledge in the field. In addition, he was a project lead with Pihl & Søn A.S Lyngby Denmark, a renowned Danish construction company, where he contributed to breaking new grounds in sustainable construction for new builds and renovations in construction engineering across Europe.

However, it’s not just his professional accomplishments that make him stand out. Al’s upbringing on a farm, alongside his brother Mø Momodu by their grandfather, instilled in him a deep appreciation for agriculture and the value it holds.

This connection to farming has driven his passion for helping communities, especially those in remote areas without access to electricity. As a result, he has spearheaded an ongoing project focused on power generation through biogas to provide sustainable and reliable electricity to these communities. His innovative thinking and commitment to making a difference are inspiring and have helped establish Ubuntu Farms as a socially responsible organization with a clear mission to impact society positively.
